Pawlenty To Appeal Unallotment Ruling
Saying that Ramsey County District Court Judge Kathleen Gearin had inserted herself into a "political" process, Governor Tim Pawlenty announced today his intent to appeal her ruling on unallotment. Gearin ruled on Wednesday that Pawlenty's reshaping of the Minnesota budget to his liking by dropping programs was unconstitutional.
