Media Calls MN GOP Chair On Being "Presumptuous"
Minnesota GOP Chair Ron Carey told reporters on Monday that it was "presumptuous" of Franken to take a trip to Washington, DC. Franken is visiting the nation's capitol to give Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and others an update on the recount in Minnesota.
Minnesota reporters didn't take Carey's bait, instead asking wasn't it presumptuous of Carey to declare Coleman the winner, not once, but twice when the state has yet to certify any results?
